Polpettine di tofu

Frullate 300 g di tofu con 60 g c. di pangrattato, erbe aromatiche scelte in base ai vostri gusti (maggiorana, ma anche timo o salvia), 30 g di farina integrale, 1 spicchio di aglio, 1 macinata di pepe e 1 pizzico di sale. 
Formate delle polpettine con le mani bagnate e passatele in un miscuglio di fiocchi d'avena e semi di sesamo.
Cuocete le polpettine in forno a 180°C finché sono dorate (c. 20').
